Currently, there are no delays with the AusPost or Other Courier Networks. How much is shipping?

  • Australian Standard Delivery is FREE
  • International Delivery is $20.00

 

When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery for Australian Customers is 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. 

If you would like to use Express Delivery for any of our products, please email us on our "Contact Us" page so we can arrange that for you.

Please note that, we are Not Responsible for any delays on shipping once the order has been dispatched.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 

Please email us on our "Contact Us" page with Your Name and a Photo of Your Package of the damaged product and we will arrange a replacement item sent to you as soon as possible.  

 

Returns Policy

If you have any issues regarding your purchase i.e. damaged goods on receipt, please contact us immediately upon receiving your purchase. Please note that, No Responsibility will be taken after 14 days of the received date.

All our Mystery Packs are carefully selected by our team. Please note: We Do Not Refund or Exchange Mystery Packs for change of mind. If you do have any concerns, please contact us when placing your order by sending us a message or by using our "Contact Us" page.

Returns: (if Applicable)
It is Your Responsibility to pay shipping costs for any returned products. It is advisable that if any returned item/s are over $50 to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance to cover item/s that may be lost in transit.

Please note: If your item/s have not been tracked/insured and get lost in transit We Do Not Take Any Responsibility.

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable. A credit will be given for the original product purchase price Excluding Shipping Costs.

As online sales can be made out of business hours, updates may not have been made. If by chance the item you purchased is no longer available, a full refund will be given immediately. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
